The weight of the load to be transported, entry method into the cabin, travel distance, and frequency of use determine the system selection. For capacities of 630 kg, 1000 kg, 1600 kg, 2000 kg and above; hydraulic systems can be preferred for short distances, while traction solutions can be chosen for higher travel distances.

Maintenance Note: Due to high tonnage and heavy use, freight elevators can wear out faster than passenger elevators. Regular maintenance reduces the risk of breakdown and protects the business’s workflow.
