Traction geared (machine room) elevators offer a long-lasting and easy-to-service solution in residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, and heavy-use commercial structures. As Alanya Zirve Elevator, we carry out the design, installation, and periodic maintenance processes of these systems around Alanya and Gazipasa.

In these systems, the drive machine, control panel, and overspeed governor equipment are located in an independent machine room situated above the elevator shaft. Geared or gearless machine options can be evaluated depending on the floor height, usage intensity, and capacity requirements.
